What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24hr cancellation policy. Late cancels and no-shows are nonrefundable. Unlimited Memberships incur a $5 penalty fee for late cancels and no-shows.
How do I find Sacred Roots Healing?
Our yoga studios are located on the second floor above Riffs in Studio 246 and 247. These two spaces are where most of our events and classes take place. We recommend parking at the West End Entrance by Riffs and heading up the stairs that are located behind the big red door to the right as soon as you walk in. Our Alchemy Store is located directly inside the West End Enterance in Suite 162. Sacred Roots Healing Center is located at Suite 320. You can find us by entering through Eastworks marquee entrance and heading up to the third floor via stairs or elevator. We are located right off the elevator.
Where is the Infrared Sauna located?
The Infrared Sauna is located at the Sacred Roots Healing Collective at Suite 320. You can find us by entering through Eastworks marquee entrance and heading up to the third floor via stairs or elevator. We are located right off the elevator.
How do I sign up for classes?
Do you offer financial assistance for classes?
We offer special rates for Students, Seniors, Military, Eastworks Community and Public School Teachers. We offer Work Trade agreements where you can earn free class passes or sauna sessions in exchange for cleaning tasks around the studio, posting flyers around the community or working hours in our Sacred Roots Alchemy store. How do I use my gift cards?
Log into your Wellnessliving account. Go to "My Profile" then select "Billing." You will see "Gift Card/Redemption Code." Enter the code on your gift card and hit apply or submit.
How do I purchase multiple tickets for events?
Please create a Wellnessliving account and save a card on file. Once you have created an account please text or call the following number 413-341-2398, or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the name of your guest(s) and we will take care of it on the back end. We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for working with us as we work with our booking system to find a solution.
Do I need to bring my own mat and props?
Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat and props. We have mats and props at the studio available for student use.
What do I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothing. Please do not wear any jewelry or anything with zippers, buttons in aerial yoga classes as jagged edges can snag and destroy the aerial yoga hammocks.
Is there a weight limit for aerial yoga classes?
All bodies and skill levels are welcome. Our silks can hold up to 2000lbs!
